Led by our Executive Director, Tom Monaghan, our team of directors and coaches oversee the work of Houston A+ Challenge and provide executive coaching to school and district leaders.

A+ Performance Coaches currently work in 43 campuses partnering with teachers, specialists, and school leaders to build capacity for smart classroom teaching and strong student learning in mathematics and literacy.
