Ingrid Mong

Ingrid Mong is a 2011 graduate of Clear Lake High School and will be attending Rice University in the fall. Ms. Mong is still deciding on a major, but leaning towards Math and Business (Statistics, Economic Analysis and/or Business Management). While at Clear Lake High School, she was president of various clubs including the American Red Cross chapter at her school, Japanese Club and Videography Club. She also was in the Honors Society, the Stanford Network Alliance, and the Nanotech Club. She had a brief stint as a manager for a Chinese restaurant and tutored Chinese to fellow students. While she lived most of her life in Houston, she did spend the 5th grade in Shanghai, China. Her major accomplishment was her appointment as chair of her school's Red Cross Chapter.
