Natalie Hernandez

Natalie Hernandez comes to Houston A+ Challenge with seven years of educational experience. A proud native of Southeast Houston, she has worked in many different capacities to help close the achievement gap and ensure that all students in the Houston area receive a quality education through educational reform. She most recently held the position of Assistant Principal at Ninth Grade College Preparatory Academy in Houston ISD.  Natalie holds a B.A. in English Literature and an M.L.A. with an English Concentration.  In her spare time, she spends time with friends and family, enjoys reading, and practices Bikram Yoga.
