Walter C. Hunt

Born and raised in Houston, Texas, by parents who were both educators, Walter Hunt was certain at age eight that he was not going to be a teacher.  A bit older and wiser, he graduated with a Bachelor of Education degree from Texas A&M University and later a master’s in Educational Administration from Prarie View A&M University.  He has five years of teaching experience and three years of experience as an administrator, most recently as Assistant Principal at Klein Intermediate School in Klein ISD.  He says that “when we are destined to pursue a career that we are ‘made’ for, we must fulfill that destiny in order to achieve true professional happiness.’”
