CONFERENCE TO EXPLORE GAPS IN EDUCATION SYSTEM

WHAT:             American Leadership Forum Convocation on Public Education in partnership with Houston A+ Challenge

 

WHY:               Ninety percent of all students attend a public school. But there are gaps in the system as students move from early childhood to post-secondary education. Bridging these gaps, which span the P-16+ continuum (preschool through college and beyond), will help Texas meet its goal of having 600,000 more students enter higher education by 2015.
