The New Coach Seminar is designed to help teachers and school leaders develop and practice the skills needed to lead campus-based small groups that promote teacher collaboration, reflection and improved professional practices.

Through 40 hours of seminars facilitated by experienced coaches, the new coaches will create among themselves the kind of professional learning community that they will establish within their own schools and communities. Additional, follow-up clinics will be scheduled to refresh trained coaches throughout the year.

After completing the training, participants are enrolled as members of the National School Reform Faculty, which created the Critical Friends Group framework.

Cost: $1,200 per coach (Does not include lodging)
